Título: Strongly coupled inert model with radiative neutrino masses
Speaker: Dr. Jeremy Echeverria

Abstract: This talk presents an extension of the Standard Model through a new strongly coupled SU(2) symmetry group, complemented by discrete symmetries. The central feature of this framework is the incorporation of a strongly interacting inert scalar sector and a scalar bidoublet that mediates interactions with this new sector. Additionally, the model predicts the emergence of vector resonances.

We discuss the implementation of fermion mass-generation mechanisms that simultaneously address the hierarchy of charged fermion masses and the origin of small neutrino masses. Specifically, we detail the realization of a Universal Seesaw mechanism for charged fermions and a one-loop radiative Seesaw mechanism for active neutrinos, mediated by the strong inert sector.

The phenomenological implications of the model constitute the core of this study. We demonstrate the consistency of the framework with electroweak precision observables and constraints from the Higgs sector. Constraints and predictions for lepton flavour violating processes are analyzed, alongside the potential for generating the observed matter–antimatter asymmetry in the Universe via leptogenesis. Finally, we investigate the ability of the extended scalar sector to account for the excess observed near 95 GeV in the diphoton channel, recently reported by the CMS experiment, thus offering a distinctive and testable signal of new physics at the LHC.
