Valley filtering processes have been explored in different graphene-based configurations and scenarios to control transport responses. Here we propose different   graphene-vase devices and multi-terminal set-ups properly designed to obtain valley-filtered currents in a broader range of energy. In the case of graphene multi-terminal devices we further get the possibility of controlling the filtered current directions. Graphene systems with extended mechanical fold-like deformations are explored as an opportunity to enhance valley filtered transmission. A favorable configuration is presented by mixing the electronic confinement effects due to a magnetic field and strain, resulting in a selective drive of the current components in the quantum Hall regime.
