In the first model\, the axion plays the role of dark matter\, while a dark photon acts as the mediator to the SM\, defining the Pure Dark Axion Portal. In the second model\, the dark matter candidate is the dark photon\, and a pseudo-scalar particle serves as the messenger through two distinct interactions to the SM that give rise to both UV and IR freeze-in channels. These channels provide a rich phenomenology and shape the relic abundance. DESCRIPTION:  \nColoquio: Explorando la formación jerárquica de la Vía Láctea: estrellas\, cúmulos y corrientes estelares \n\nExpositor: Julio Carballo\, profesor Asistente del Instituto de Alta Investigación\, Universidad de Tarapacá \n\n\nFecha: 2 de septiembre\, 12:30 horas. \nLugar: Sala F-410\, Campus San Joaquín. \n  \nResumen: Los mapeados fotométricos y espectroscópicos de gran campo del halo externo de la Vía Láctea han confirmado que las regiones más externas de nuestra Galaxia se formaron mediante la fusión continua de fragmentos protogalácticos\, tal como predicen las simulaciones cosmológicas de Materia Oscura Fría con constante cosmológica (ΛCDM). Desde la llegada de la misión Gaia de la Agencia Espacial Europea contamos con una oportunidad única para desentrañar las poblaciones estelares que se superponen a lo largo de una misma línea de visión\, gracias a la valiosa información obtenida para más de 1.8 mil millones de objetos. En esta charla presentaré algunos de nuestros proyectos en curso basados en datos de Gaia  – en combinación con otros surveys – orientados a abordar distintos aspectos de la Arqueología Galáctica\, incluyendo la búsqueda de estrellas hiperveloces.

QPDs have several applications in quantum thermodynamics\, e.g. in defining the distribution of work done on or extracted from a quantum systems\, as well as in quantum many-body physics\, given their connection to the Loschmidt echo and their use in analysing quantum quenches. \nI will focus on the Kirkwood-Dirac (KD) distribution\, highlighting how the presence of initial coherence and the incompatibility of the measured observables can give rise to complex-valued quasiprobabilities. I will present simple illustrative examples and describe interferometric schemes that can be implemented experimentally to reconstruct the QPD. \n
